How it works

Menu names match business.conex.chat (in Indonesian).

    Open Integrasi › Sistem bisnis (Integrations › Business systems)

    Choose KasirXpert, Halobengkel, Impor Excel/CSV (Excel/CSV import), or Google Sheets & otomasi (Google Sheets & automation).

    Connect with a one-time code

    For KasirXpert and Halobengkel, copy the code from Conex Bisnis, then paste it into your POS app or workshop system.

    Set a single source of truth

    Make one POS system the source for products, prices, and stock. Changes there flow into Conex automatically.

    Check sync details

    Once linked, keep an eye on the Ringkasan (Overview), Data & aturan (Data & rules), Produk (Products), and Log sinkron (Sync log) tabs.

    For developers

    Create an API key and register webhook URLs in Integrasi › API & Webhook (Integrations › API & Webhooks).

Data direction
From your POS to Conex: profile and locations, products with variants and photos, prices, and stock. From Conex to your POS: new orders, status changes, and accepted quotes.
CSV template
Download a template with name, price, stock, and category columns, pre-filled with your current products.
Google Sheets data link
Create a CSV link that Google Sheets can pull from. It contains no personal customer data.
Webhook
Choose which events to send: new orders, order status changes, payment changes, or new messages.

Limits & rules

Managed on the web
System integrations are set up from the business.conex.chat web dashboard, not from the Android app.
One-time CSV import
An import doesn't copy later changes and isn't available if your products are already managed by KasirXpert or Halobengkel. From Excel, save it as a CSV first.
API limits
The number of active API keys, webhooks, and requests per minute is limited per business.
Permissions
Importing products requires permission to edit the catalog.

Integrations FAQ

Can integrations be set up from my phone?

System integrations (KasirXpert, Halobengkel, CSV, API) are set up from the business.conex.chat web dashboard. From your phone, you set up chat channels like WhatsApp.

Where is the API documentation?

Documentation for the Business API and webhooks is on the Conex developer page. API keys are created from the Integrasi (Integrations) menu in the dashboard.

What's the difference between importing a CSV and connecting a POS?

A CSV import moves your products over once. Connecting KasirXpert or Halobengkel keeps products, prices, and stock in sync, and orders from Conex are recorded in your system too.

How do I connect KasirXpert or Halobengkel?

Open Integrasi › Sistem bisnis (Integrations › Business systems), choose the app, copy the one-time code from Conex Bisnis, then paste it into your POS or workshop system.

Is customer data sent to Google Sheets?

No. The Google Sheets data link deliberately leaves out customers' phone numbers, emails, names, and addresses. Customers are identified only by a pseudonymous code.

Can data be sent to Make, n8n, or Zapier?

Yes, via webhooks. Register the URL from your automation service in Integrasi › API & Webhook (Integrations › API & Webhooks), then choose which events to send.

What if order sync fails?

Order updates to your POS are retried automatically. If they still fail, they show up in Log sinkron (Sync log) and the Conex team keeps an eye on them too.
