Open the Verifikasi (Verification) menu
See your current status: Belum terverifikasi (Not verified), Identitas terverifikasi (Identity verified), or Bisnis terverifikasi (Business verified).

Identity step
The owner uploads their KTP and a selfie holding it, fills in the payout account, then submits.

Business step
Enter your NIB, upload a photo of your premises, and use the main branch's map pin or your current location.

Review
The Conex team reviews it; the status on the page updates automatically.

Fix if needed
If changes are requested, follow the team's notes and resubmit.

Key settings

Role access: Choose who can open the Verifikasi (Verification) page in Tim & Peran (Team & Roles).
Map pin: Use the main branch's pin or capture your location while at your premises.
Payout account: Used later for online payment payouts; visible only to the owner.

Limits & rules

Identity step is owner-only: Team members can't submit owner identity verification.
Step order: The blue check is granted after the business step is approved.
Payment: Online payments, coming soon, are only for businesses with verified owner identity. For now, all payments are made on site.

Questions about business verification

Is verification required?

No. Businesses can use Conex Bisnis without verification. Verification builds trust and will be required for online payments later.

What documents are needed?

Identity step: KTP (ID card), a selfie holding your KTP, and payout account details. Business step: a 13-digit NIB (business ID number), a front-facing photo showing your signboard, and your business's map pin.

Who can apply?

Owner identity verification can only be submitted by the business owner. Other roles need permission to view the Verifikasi (Verification) page.

What if my submission is rejected?

The Conex team's reason is shown on the Verifikasi (Verification) page. Fix the documents or details as noted, then resubmit.

What do I get once verified?

A blue check on your profile and in search results, a status Conex AI takes into account, and readiness for online payments, coming soon.

Are my documents stored forever?

No. Submitted documents that are no longer needed are deleted automatically once the retention period ends.
