Questions about WhatsApp number health
How is the health score calculated?
The score rises while the number stays connected without issues, and drops if it often disconnects or logs out, has been blocked, or today's sends are close to the daily limit. It's a Conex estimate, not a figure from WhatsApp.
How often is the number's status checked?
Connection status and score are refreshed regularly, roughly every 30 minutes.
Why did my number disconnect?
Common causes: the device was logged out from WhatsApp on the phone, the number was opened in another session, or the phone has been offline for a long time. The channel card explains the cause in plain language.
How do I reconnect?
Tap Scan QR on the channel card, then scan it from WhatsApp on your phone (Linked devices). If you can't scan, choose "Pakai kode pairing" (Use pairing code).
What daily send limit can I set?
Anywhere from 20 to 1,000 messages per day for each number.
How many numbers can I connect for free?
The Free plan lets you connect up to 2 WhatsApp numbers by scanning a QR code. The Pro plan adds more numbers.
