All the way to checkout
From first questions to a placed order, in one chat
In the Conex app, customers can ask questions, request a quote, negotiate the price, then order without leaving the conversation. An accepted quote automatically becomes an order, and you process it from the same dashboard.

What it is
All the way to checkout
All the way to checkout is the in-conversation sales flow in the Conex app: customers can request a quote, negotiate, or order straight from your catalog, and the deal is recorded as an order with clear stages.
Who it's for
- Service businesses whose prices depend on what the customer needs.
- Stores that want customers to order without typing out their shopping list item by item in chat.
- Wholesalers who often get price inquiries for large quantities.
- Businesses that want every price agreement saved and easy to check later.

Quotes from chat
Send a quote with goods or services, prices, and notes. The customer can choose Accept, Negotiate, or Decline.
Negotiation on record
Haggling is saved neatly with the quote, not buried among other messages.
Cart & checkout
Customers choose products and variants from your catalog, apply vouchers or promos, then place their order.
Bookings & reservations
For services, customers pick a time slot and staff member. For stays or rentals, they pick dates on the calendar.
Delivery fees & delivery
Set delivery fees by zone. Deliver with your own courier, or let customers pick up in store.
Clear order status
Orders move from accepted, preparing, shipped or ready for pickup, through to completed, and the customer is kept updated.

How it works
Step by step in the dashboard
Menu names match business.conex.chat (in Indonesian).
- 1
The customer starts
Inquiries come from your business profile, from Conex AI, or as quote requests in the Permintaan (Requests) menu.
- 2
Build a quote in chat
Fill in line items for goods or services (pulled from your catalog if you like), discounts, service option, schedule, notes, and the quote's validity period.
- 3
Respond to negotiation
If the customer counters, accept, reply with another price, or decline. You can also withdraw a quote that hasn't been accepted yet.
- 4
Orders created automatically
Accepted quotes and checked-out carts go straight into Pesanan & Booking (Orders & Bookings).
- 5
Process through to completion
Move it from Accepted to Preparing or In progress, then Shipped or Ready for pickup, until Completed.

Questions about checkout in chat
What payment methods are available?
For now, customers pay on site: COD, at pickup, or after the service is done. Online payment (QRIS, virtual accounts, e-wallets) is coming soon for verified businesses.
Can WhatsApp customers check out in chat?
In-chat checkout is currently for customers in the Conex app. For customers on WhatsApp, Telegram, and Live Chat, you can still reply and send product info and prices from the same inbox.
Can quote prices be negotiated?
Yes. Customers can choose Nego (Negotiate) and propose a price. You can accept it, counter with another price, or decline. The quote that's finally accepted automatically becomes an order.

72 hours by default, and you can set it up to 30 days. Quotes past their validity period are marked expired and can no longer be accepted.
What happens if a customer picks another business's quote?
One request can go to several businesses. As soon as the customer accepts one quote, the other quotes for the same request automatically lapse.
Can I withdraw a quote I've sent?
Yes, as long as the customer hasn't accepted it. You can also send a new quote with an updated price or contents.
How do customers choose pickup or delivery?
Customers choose from the available service options, such as pickup or delivery. Delivery orders require an address, and visits to the customer's location require a schedule.
