Setup checklist
Real steps in the business.conex.chat dashboard.
- Register at business.conex.chat with your WhatsApp number, choose your business category, then fill in the name, address, and map pin.
- Connect KasirXpert or Halobengkel in Integrasi › Sistem bisnis (Integrations › Business systems), or import products from CSV.
- Import your existing contacts from a CSV file in the Kontak (Contacts) menu, then label them.
- Create an API key in Integrasi › API & Webhook (Integrations › API & Webhooks) if your team is building its own integration.
- Register webhook URLs for new orders and status changes.
- Add products or services in the Produk & Jasa (Products & Services) menu, with photos, prices, and variants.

Can integrations be set up from my phone?
System integrations are set up from the business.conex.chat web dashboard. From your phone, you manage chat channels such as WhatsApp.
Can I import from Excel?
Save your Excel file as CSV, then import it through the Kontak (Contacts) or Produk & Jasa (Products & Services) menu.
Which events are sent via webhook?
These include new orders, order status changes, and new messages.
