What it is

Catalog & ordering options

Your catalog is the list of products and services in the Produk & Jasa (Products & Services) menu, complete with photos, prices, variants, showcases, and ordering options for each item. The same catalog appears on your public profile and is what the AI bot uses to answer questions.

Step by step in the dashboard

Menu names match business.conex.chat (in Indonesian).

    Create showcases

    Group your catalog, for example Oil, Batteries, and Service, then set the order.

    Add a product or service

    Fill in the name, photos, price, description, and variants in Produk & Jasa (Products & Services). You can also import products from a CSV or sync them from your POS.

    Choose ordering options

    Tick order now, request a quote, or both for each item.

  4. 4

    Edit many items at once

    Select several items and change their ordering options together, with a preview of how many items will change.

    Set up promos

    Create discounts and vouchers in Diskon & Promo (Discounts & Promos) so they're applied right in the cart.

Variants
Each variant can have its own price, its own stock, or be marked as sold out.
Stock
Track stock when you need to, or leave it untracked for services and items that are always available.
Show or hide
Products can be hidden from your public profile without deleting them.
Ordering options
Order now, quote required, or a mix of both, per item.
Business features
Turn on modules for your business type, such as bookings, rentals, or wholesale pricing, so only relevant options show up.

Limits & rules

Limits per product
Up to 10 photos and 50 variants per product.
Showcase limit
Up to 50 showcases per business.
CSV import
Import is a one-time run with name, price, stock, and category columns, and requires permission to edit the catalog. If your products are managed in KasirXpert or Halobengkel, edit them there instead.
Pre-order
Pre-orders with a down payment are waiting on online payments, which are coming soon.

Catalog FAQ

Is the catalog the same for every branch?

Your catalog and prices apply to all locations. For each branch, you can choose which products are available.

Can I move products over from my POS?

Yes. You can sync with KasirXpert and Halobengkel, or import a CSV file from the web dashboard.

Can customers ask for wholesale prices?

Yes. For bulk purchases, customers can send a quote request straight from their cart, and you reply with a special price.

How many photos and variants can I add?

Each product can have up to 10 photos and 50 variants. Every variant can have its own price and stock.

What if my product list is in Excel?

Save the file as a CSV with name, price, stock, and category columns, then import it from the Integrasi (Integrations) menu. You can download a CSV template pre-filled with your current products first.

Can I hide a product temporarily?

Yes. Hidden products don't appear on your public profile, but their data is kept and you can show them again anytime.

Can I change the ordering options for many products at once?

Yes. Select several items in Produk & Jasa (Products & Services) and apply the same ordering option. Before it's applied, you'll see how many items will change and which ones will be skipped.
