Questions about security & privacy
Why sign in with WhatsApp?
A one-time code via WhatsApp confirms the account is really yours, no password required. A verified number also makes transactions safer for buyers and sellers.
Can businesses see my number?
No. Businesses only see your name and photo in chat.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Saya (Me), then Privasi & keamanan (Privacy & security), then Hapus akun (Delete account), and confirm with a WhatsApp code. Deletion happens after a grace period, and you can still cancel it by signing back in.
Will the business know I reported them?
No. Reports are confidential and reviewed by the Conex team. You can see the follow-up in Aduan & komplain (Reports & complaints).
