How many businesses receive my request?
Up to 5 matching businesses at once. Businesses are selected by category and location, with verified and nearby businesses prioritized.
How long is a quote valid?
Each quote has a validity period set by the business, usually a few days. Quotes past their validity period expire automatically.
Do I have to accept one of the quotes?
No. You can decline quotes or close your request anytime at no cost.
How do I negotiate?
Choose Nego (Negotiate) on a quote, then propose your total price or change the items and quantities. The business can accept, reply with a new quote, or decline. Every version is saved.
