Broadcast
Broadcasts that keep your customers' trust
Messages only go to contacts who agreed to receive them. Send "Minta persetujuan" (Request consent) to those who haven't, pick a smart segment, schedule it, and choose a sending speed. STOP replies remove recipients automatically, and every reply lands in your team inbox.

How it works
Step by step in the dashboard
Menu names match business.conex.chat (in Indonesian).
- 1
Create a campaign
In Broadcast › Kampanye (Broadcast › Campaigns), follow the steps: sending channel, message content, recipients, schedule & safety, then review the summary before sending.
- 2
Choose the sending channel
WhatsApp connected by QR scan, from one number or several numbers in rotation, or Conex Chat for contacts with a Conex account.
- 3
Write the message
Use a template or write your own, add attachments and wording variations, then polish it with AI if needed.
- 4
Choose recipients
All contacts, a label, a segment, a hand-picked list, or an import. Contacts who haven't opted in, have unsubscribed, or can't be reached are skipped automatically.
- 5
Set the schedule & speed
Send now or schedule it, turn on "Hanya kirim di jam wajar" (Only send at reasonable hours), then choose the Aman (Safe), Normal, or Cepat (Fast) speed.
- 6
Send a test & track
Send a test to your own WhatsApp number, then track sent, read, and replied in the Laporan (Reports) tab.
Key settings

- Recurring messages
- Birthday greetings, periodic service reminders, repurchase nudges, and holiday greetings, each sent once per contact per period.
- Admin approval
- Staff can prepare campaigns and submit them to an Admin before they're sent.
- Rotator
- Send in rotation from several WhatsApp numbers, each with its own pacing.
- Built-in smart segments
- New customers (30 days), loyal customers, never purchased, haven't been in touch for a while, birthdays this month, and due for service again for service businesses.
Limits & rules
- Plan
- Campaigns, automatic follow-ups, and recurring messages are on the Pro plan, with a monthly message quota.
- Promo consent
- Only contacts who opted in receive messages. Replying STOP or BERHENTI automatically removes a contact from future sends.

- Automatic sending hours
- Automatic follow-ups are only sent between 08:00 and 20:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time).
- Channels
- The official WhatsApp API, Instagram, and Messenger are coming soon.

Opt-in broadcasts FAQ
Can I broadcast to all my contacts?
No. Only to contacts who agreed to receive messages.
How do recipients opt out?
By replying STOP or BERHENTI. They're automatically skipped in future sends.
Is it available on the Free plan?
No. Broadcasts are on the Pro plan.
How do I collect consent from existing contacts?
Send "Minta persetujuan" (Request consent) from the Broadcast menu. Contacts who reply YA (YES) are recorded as agreeing to receive messages.
Which sending speed should I choose?
Aman (Safe), with a 20–45 second pause between messages, for newly connected numbers or large recipient lists. Use Cepat (Fast) with care.
What happens if a number disconnects mid-send?
Its recipients are moved to another number that's still connected. If every number disconnects, the campaign is paused.
When are recurring messages sent?
