Business problems
Busy chats every day, but how many turn into sales?
A busy inbox doesn't necessarily mean sales are up. Without a marker on each chat, you can't tell how many ended in an order, how many stopped at a price inquiry, or at which stage prospects most often back out.
Common causes
- Agreements made in chat don't become orders in the system.
- Chats aren't tagged with a stage, like price inquiry or ready to buy.
- Lost opportunities have no recorded reason.
The impact
- Promotion decisions are made without data.
- Near-miss opportunities aren't followed up.
- Team sales performance is hard to assess.
Common mistakes
What often makes this problem come back
Judging by chat volume alone
Busy chats can come from general questions. Look at quotes sent and orders created instead.
Agreeing without creating an order
Agreements that aren't created as a quote or order don't show up in reports.
Too many stage labels
Start with a few stage labels that every admin uses consistently.
Not recording why deals were lost
Without a reason, you won't know whether price, stock, or reply speed needs fixing.
How to solve it
Fix it step by step in Conex Bisnis
Menu names match the business.conex.chat dashboard (in Indonesian). Steps marked Pro require the Pro plan.
- 1
Create stage labels such as "Asking price", "Ready to buy", and "Not buying", then apply them to every chat.
- 2
Send quotes from the chat or the Permintaan (Requests) menu so every quote is recorded and accepted ones become orders.
- 3
Monitor quotes sent, acceptance rate, and transactions through Conex in Ringkasan (Overview).
- 4
Read the order report in Pesanan & Booking (Orders & Bookings) for best sellers, cancellation reasons, and top customers.
- 5
Pro Log serious prospects as deals in Pipeline, complete with value and stage.
- 6
Pro Close deals as won or lost with a reason, such as price, changed their mind, or went elsewhere.
7-day plan

- Day 3
Send formal quotes
For every serious price inquiry, send a quote from the chat or the Permintaan (Requests) menu.
- Day 4
Check Ringkasan (Overview)
See quotes sent, acceptance rate, and transactions through Conex in Ringkasan (Overview).
- Day 5
Read the order report

- Day 6

FAQ
Questions about this problem
What does acceptance rate in Ringkasan (Overview) mean?
It compares the quotes customers accepted with the quotes you sent, calculated over the last 90 days.
Can I track this without the Pro plan?
Yes. Labels, quotes, Ringkasan (Overview), and order reports are available on the Free plan. Pipeline with deal values and loss reasons is on Pro.
Who can see rupiah amounts in Ringkasan (Overview)?
Only roles with permission for reports and order exports. Other roles still see the counts.
Are deals linked to their chats?
Yes. Deals are created from the customer profile panel in the chat, so the conversation is easy to reopen.
