Does my phone need to stay on?

The connection uses WhatsApp's linked devices feature. If it disconnects, the status in your dashboard lets you know, and you can reconnect with an 8-letter code.

When will the official WhatsApp API be available?

Coming soon on the Pro plan. We'll announce it on our website and dashboard.
