  1. Register at business.conex.chat with your WhatsApp number, choose your business category, then fill in the name, address, and map pin.
  2. Connect KasirXpert or Halobengkel in Integrasi › Sistem bisnis (Integrations › Business systems), or import products from CSV.
  3. Make sure Order langsung & keranjang (Direct orders & cart) is on in Fitur Bisnis (Business features) so customers can check out.
  4. Set up delivery zones and invite couriers in the Kurir (Couriers) menu.
  5. Create a discount or voucher in the Diskon & Promo (Discounts & Promos) menu and choose who it targets.
  6. Open Integrasi › Kanal chat (Integrations › Chat channels), choose WhatsApp, then scan the QR code from your phone or enter the 8-letter code.

Questions about shops & retail

Can stock sync with my POS?

If you use KasirXpert, products and orders can sync through the Integrasi (Integrations) menu. You can also import products from a CSV file.

What about delivery?

Deliver with your own store couriers through Conex Kurir with zone-based delivery fees, or let customers pick up in store. There's no third-party shipping integration yet.

Are pre-orders supported?

Pre-orders with a deposit require online payments, which are coming soon for verified businesses. For now, orders are paid on site.
