Weekly hours
Multiple sessions a day, closed days, open 24 hours, past midnight, and copy to all days.
Special holidays
Single dates or date ranges with notes, such as public holidays.
Temporary closure
Close for 30 minutes, 1 hour, 3 hours, until tomorrow morning, or until you reopen.
Store pin
A map pin from GPS while you're at the store, or pasted from Google Maps.
Service area per branch
A radius in kilometers or a list of regions: provinces, cities, and districts.
AI request rules
Accept or pause requests, including outside opening hours, with a daily quota.

Set opening hours
Open Profil Bisnis › Jam buka (Business profile › Opening hours), enter the sessions for each day, then add any special holidays.

Save your store pin
In Lokasi & jangkauan (Location & service area), take the pin from GPS while at the store, or paste coordinates or a Google Maps link.

Choose a service area
Set a radius in kilometers or tick the service regions for each branch.

Set up AI requests
In the Permintaan AI (AI requests) tab, turn on request intake, decide what happens outside opening hours, and set a daily quota.

Check the matching
Use the matching simulation to see whether a sample request would be forwarded to your business.

- Choose the time zone that matches your business location so your open/closed status is accurate.

- At your premises, at the customer's place, and delivery.
- Accept requests per branch
- A specific branch can stop accepting AI requests without affecting other branches.
- Daily quota & prep time
- Limit the number of requests per day and set the earliest possible schedule after a request comes in.

- Every branch needs a store map pin for distance calculations.
- Service area
- Radius or region mode only; regions follow province, city, and district names.
- Inactive branches
- Deactivated branches aren't considered by Conex AI.

Questions about opening hours & service area
Can I have more than one session per day?
Yes, for example morning and afternoon with a midday break. Hours that run past midnight are supported too.
What if the store has to close suddenly?
Use Tutup sementara (Temporarily closed) with options of 30 minutes, 1 hour, 3 hours, until tomorrow morning, or until you reopen. Your profile status updates to match.
What's the difference between a radius and a region service area?
Radius uses the distance from your store's pin. Region uses a list of provinces, cities, or districts you serve, ideal for businesses that cover specific administrative areas.
Can each branch have its own service area?
Yes. The service area and whether to accept AI requests are set per branch.
Do I still receive requests while closed?
It depends on your settings. In the Permintaan AI (AI requests) tab, choose whether requests outside opening hours are still accepted.
Why must the map pin be at the store?
Distance to potential buyers and delivery fees are calculated from this pin, so it must be at your business premises, not the owner's home.
