What it is
Stock, variants & wholesale
Stock & variants tracks quantities by size, color, or type. Wholesale pricing turns carts with large purchases into quote requests, so you can offer special prices that stay on record.

Wholesale prices are settled through quotes and negotiation.

Mark which products are available at each branch.

How it works
Step by step in the dashboard
Menu names match business.conex.chat (in Indonesian).

Turn on the module
In the Fitur Bisnis (Business features) menu, turn on Stok & varian (Stock & variants), then Harga grosir (Wholesale pricing) if you serve bulk buyers.

Add variants & stock
In Produk & Jasa (Products & Services), add variants with their stock counts, or mark them sold out.

Let stock run itself
Stock is deducted automatically when an order is placed and restored when the order is canceled.

Respond to wholesale requests
Wholesale requests from the cart land in the Permintaan (Requests) menu. Reply with a quote at a special price and set how long it's valid.

Sync from other systems
Connect KasirXpert or Halobengkel in the Integrasi (Integrations) menu, import a CSV, or update stock via the Business API.
Key settings
- Stock per variant
- Each variant has its own stock count and sold-out flag.
- Manual sold-out flag
- Products or variants can be marked sold out without counting stock.
- Availability per branch
- Products can be limited to specific locations.
- Quote validity period
- Wholesale price quotes are valid for 72 hours by default and can be extended up to 30 days.
Limits & rules
- Wholesale requirements
- Wholesale prices can be requested for at least 10 items, or at least 2 items totaling Rp5.000.000.
- One business
- Wholesale requests go only to the business that sells the items, not to several businesses at once.
- Insufficient stock
- If the order quantity exceeds stock, checkout is declined with a note showing the remaining stock.
- Bulk updates
- Via the Business API, you can update stock for up to 500 items per request.
- Per-customer pricing
- There are no per-customer price lists yet; special prices are delivered through quotes.

Questions about stock, variants & wholesale
Does stock decrease automatically?
Yes. Stock is deducted when an order is placed. When it hits zero, the product is automatically marked sold out, and stock is restored if the order is canceled.
Can I mark a product as sold out without counting stock?
Yes. Mark a product or one of its variants as sold out, and customers can't order it until you remove the flag.
What are the requirements for a wholesale price request?
At least 10 items in the cart, or at least 2 items totaling Rp5.000.000.
Can I set special prices per customer?
There are no per-customer price lists yet. Special prices are sent as quotes recorded in the chat.
How long is a wholesale quote valid?
72 hours by default, and you can set validity of up to 30 days.
Can stock be updated from another system?
Yes, via the KasirXpert or Halobengkel integration, CSV import, or the Business API for bulk updates.
Is Stock & variants a paid feature?
No. Stock & variants and Wholesale pricing are Business features on the Free plan.
