Business problems
Data retyped from chat to POS to spreadsheet
Every time data is moved by hand, you lose time and risk typos. Conex Bisnis offers several ways to keep products, stock, and orders flowing on their own, from linking your POS app to CSV downloads.
Common causes
- Your POS app and chat catalog aren't linked.
- Old data was never imported in one go.
- Reports aren't pulled directly from the system.
The impact
- Working hours get eaten up by retyping.
- Typos in prices or quantities.
- Data at the POS and in chat doesn't match.
Common mistakes
What often makes this problem come back
Linking before your data is clean
Tidy up product names and prices in the source system first so what's sent to Conex is already correct.
Editing linked products in two places
If products are sent from your POS, edit them there. Changes in two places make the data overwrite each other.
Sharing data links carelessly
Anyone with the Google Sheets data link can read it. Keep it safe and revoke it when it's no longer in use.
Importing without checking for duplicates
The contact import wizard flags duplicates. Review this step before you finish the import.
How to solve it
Fix it step by step in Conex Bisnis
Menu names match the business.conex.chat dashboard (in Indonesian). Steps marked Pro require the Pro plan.
- 1
If you use KasirXpert or Halobengkel, create a connection code in Integrasi › Sistem bisnis (Integrations › Business systems), then enter it in that app.
- 2
Once linked, products, prices, and stock are sent from that system, and Conex order updates are passed back to it.
- 3
Without a linked POS, import products from CSV in the Integrasi (Integrations) menu and contacts from CSV in the Kontak (Contacts) menu.
- 4
Download the order report as CSV from Pesanan & Booking (Orders & Bookings) for your bookkeeping.
- 5
For operations teams, create a Google Sheets data link in Integrasi (Integrations) so product and order data updates on its own.
- 6
For in-house systems, use the Business API for catalog and stock, and webhooks for new orders.

Products, orders, and bookings, without customers' personal data.
